Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of riots.wtf (the "Site"), our products, scripts, license keys and related services (together, the "Services"). By purchasing from or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful where you live.

2. Licenses & accounts

When you purchase a product you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal purposes. License keys are tied to your account and, where applicable, to your hardware (HWID). You agree not to:

• Resell, share, sublicense or redistribute your key or the software.
• Reverse engineer, crack, or attempt to bypass license or anti-tamper protections.
• Use the Services to harm others, disrupt games or services you are not authorized to modify, or break any third-party terms.

3. Purchases & payment

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Komerza. We do not store your full payment details. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Completing a purchase authorizes the charge shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered automatically after payment confirmation, typically instantly. If delivery is delayed or fails, open a support ticket from your dashboard or contact us on Discord and we will make it right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, scraping, or using automated systems to abuse the Site or its API. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

6. Availability & updates

We aim to keep our products updated and undetected, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every game update, or that any product will remain undetected. Products are provided "as is" and "as available".

7. Disclaimer & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, riots.wtf disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any bans, penalties or losses resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for a breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (licenses, disclaimers, liability, governing terms) will survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
