Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we sell digital goods that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are handled as described below.

1. When you may be eligible for a refund

• Undelivered order: you paid but never received your key or download and support could not deliver it.
• Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Broken on arrival: the product does not function at all on a supported setup and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.

2. When refunds are not available

• The key has been redeemed, activated, or used.
• You changed your mind, bought the wrong product, or no longer want it.
• A game update temporarily breaks a product (we push fixes; downtime is not grounds for a refund).
• Your key was shared, leaked, or resold, or you violated the Terms of Service.
• You were banned or penalized by a third-party service for using the product.

3. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in immediate and permanent termination of all your keys and access. If you have a problem, talk to us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues quickly.

4. How to request a refund

Open a support ticket from your dashboard or message us on Discord with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our processor, Komerza, and may take several business days to appear.

5. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
